Davis Custom Builds specializes in custom home renovations and additions. We also renovate and repair exteriors. 

We are open:

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Saturdays we are open from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

We are closed on Sundays and all Major holidays. 

Absolutely! We not only can renovate homes but we can design and create bespoke furniture and features for your interior or exterior. We even offer custom pet homes and accessories. 

We take ACH payments from your bank account. We accept all major credit cards. 

Nothing! Our estimates are always free. 

Preferably yes. An adult (18+) needs to be available on site at the time of the estimate. Unfortunately, we do not work with clients who are traveling or going to be out of town for an extended period of time. 

Yes. We will not offer services to people who cannot prove that they are the owner of the property. 

Yes. We are unable to offer services until the time of contract signing. This is to protect the client and Davis Custom Builds. 

Prior to service start, clients must pay 50% of the total cost. Clients are required to remit the remaining 50% at the time of work being finished and approved.

Yes, we are. 

No, we are happy to install a new lawn (either seed or sod), but we are unable to offer lawn mowing services at this time. 

We have three sizes and two possibilities.

Standard - no custom work:

• 2 ft x 2 ft - best for small reptiles and amphibians.
• 3 ft x 3 ft - best for medium reptiles and amphibians.
• 4 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft - best for larger reptiles and amphibians. 

Custom - we will work with you to create a custom home for your pet.
