Yes, we ask that all rescheduling be completed no less than 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling or cancellation may be charged a one -

time fee if made less than 24 hours in advance.

We require that an adult (18+) be present at the time of work. 

Custom and standard terrariums and vivariums can be paid in monthly installments until the agreed upon price is fulfilled.

Renovation work can be negotiated to work with your finances. *This must be stated and agreed upon by both parties prior to contract signing.* 

Yes, every job we do required a signed contract.

If someone will be acting as your agent in your absence due to any reason, a limited Power of Attorney must also be submitted.
Anyone not listed on the contract or Power of Attorney will

have no impact on the process, materials, or means used to complete contracted work.

Most jobs require half of the total at time of contract signing and the remaining half due at the time of job completion.
